Overview

We are a growing salon suite rental company seeking a results-driven Leasing & Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to help us attract, qualify, and convert beauty professionals into suite renters. This role is not focused on general brand marketing—it is strictly centered on generating high-quality leasing leads for our salon suite locations.

This position is ideal for someone who understands how to market to independent beauty professionals (stylists, barbers, braiders, estheticians, nail techs, etc.) and can turn digital interest into booked tours and signed leases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted digital campaigns designed specifically to generate suite rental inquiries and tour requests
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads) focused on local lead generation
  • Create and manage lead funnels for suite rentals, including landing pages, lead forms, and follow-up sequences
  • Write compelling ad copy and marketing messages that speak directly to beauty professionals and independent renters
  • Manage social media outreach and promotional campaigns aimed at attracting potential suite renters
  • Track, organize, and report on leads, cost per lead, conversion rates, and tour bookings
  • Collaborate with operations or leasing teams to ensure leads are followed up on and properly qualified
  • Continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in lead generation, leasing, or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of paid social and search advertising for local businesses
  • Experience marketing to beauty professionals, salon owners, or independent contractors is highly preferred
  • Ability to create and manage simple landing pages and lead capture forms (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar platforms)
  • Strong copywriting skills with a sales-oriented mindset
  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

  • Experience in commercial leasing, salon suites, coworking spaces, or similar rental-based businesses
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or lead-tracking tools
  • Knowledge of local SEO and geo-targeted marketing strategies
