We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our bar/restaurant’s online presence. The ideal candidate should understand hospitality branding, social media trends, and local marketing strategies to drive footfall, reservations, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize the restaurant/bar website for local SEO to improve visibility on Google Search and Maps
- Conduct keyword research related to dining, nightlife, events, cuisine, and location
- Create and update SEO-friendly content such as landing pages, blogs, event pages, and offer pages
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profile (listing updates, photos, posts, Q&A, offers)
- Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Local, and Performance Max)
- Create location-based and intent-driven campaigns for reservations, events, happy hours, and offers
- Perform keyword research and audience targeting for paid campaigns
- Optimize ad budgets, bids, and quality scores to maximize ROI
- Set up conversion tracking (calls, website visits, direction clicks, bookings)
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads for better results
- Run seasonal, festival, and event-based campaigns (DJ nights, live music, brunches, parties)
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Additional Digital Responsibilities:
- Align SEO and paid campaigns with social media and offline promotions
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies when required
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, ad policies, and hospitality marketing trends
- Support online reputation management by driving positive reviews through campaigns
- Assist in website updates, landing page creation, and menu uploads
Requirements & Skills:
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing (bar/restaurant/hospitality preferred)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, InShot, CapCut, etc.)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is a plus
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to work during events, weekends, or night shifts when required
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
