Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Dubai. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, email, and display advertising. The role involves managing the company’s online presence, creating engaging content, optimizing campaigns for performance, and generating qualified leads. Additionally, the role includes analyzing performance data, reporting on key metrics, supporting e-commerce growth, and ensuring that all digital activities align with the brand’s identity and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and/or social media management
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools
• Experience with content creation and managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Solid understanding of analytics and tracking (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Strong communication, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to analyze data, optimize campaigns, and report on KPIs
• Experience in the sports, fitness, or wellness industries is a plus
• Experience in the Middle Eastern market is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
