Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a full-time, fully remote role for a creative, analytical marketer eager to directly impact product-level lead generation and brand visibility. You’ll support the execution of digital campaigns, design compelling assets, write high-performing copy, run paid ads, and maintain accurate reporting across multiple channels. Responsibilities

• Build, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns, landing pages, email/SMS communications, and creative assets to drive consistent lead generation and product visibility.
• Support reporting across lead volume, CPL trends, funnel performance, SEO/AEO rankings, social mentions, and testimonial utilization—sharing insights and improvement opportunities.
• Write marketing copy and design visuals for ads, emails, landing pages, and social posts while leveraging AI tools to increase efficiency and creativity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success to align messaging and support cross-functional communication on campaign performance and lead quality.
• Perform quality assurance checks for all campaigns—verifying tracking, targeting, links, and assets—and assist with ongoing optimization efforts.

Remote Requirements

• Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, GA, NC, SC, VA, NJ, PA, DE, KY, IN, MI, TN, MO, MN, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, VA or NV only
• 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST or PST shift options available) weekdays with paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts.
• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or a related role
• Hands-on experience with PPC platforms, marketing automation tools, workflow automation, analytics, and AI-enhanced content creation
