Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

RS Leisure Group is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing portfolio of companies across sports, fitness, wellness, and leisure sectors. The ideal candidate will manage digital campaigns, enhance online visibility, and support lead generation efforts across multiple brands.

This position requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in executing performance-driven digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels
• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, posting, and engagement
• Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain subscriber lists
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and organic traffic
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing materials with brand guidelines
• Support e-commerce initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Assist in creating engaging content (visuals, captions, landing pages) for various digital platforms
• Identify digital trends and recommend new opportunities for improvement
• Ensure all digital activities follow brand identity and company standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and marketing funnels
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools
• Strong communication, copywriting, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience in the sports, fitness, or wellness industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
