Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing strategies for:
  • E-commerce brands
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • Brand awareness initiatives
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including setup, testing, optimisation, and scaling.

Paid Media Management

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping – where applicable)
  • Drive key performance metrics such as:
  • ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, conversions, and revenue

E-commerce Marketing

  • Execute e-commerce growth initiatives, including:
  • Product and category-level campaigns
  • Shopping feeds and performance optimisation
  • Conversion-focused landing pages

Social Media & Content Alignment

  • Manage organic social media strategies aligned with paid campaigns
  • Coordinate with creative teams for:
  • Ad creatives
  • Social media content
  • Campaign visuals

SEO & CRO

  • Execute SEO activities for client websites including:
  • Keyword research
  • On-page optimisation
  • Content recommendations
  • Coordination on basic technical SEO
  • Work on CRO initiatives such as:
  • Landing page optimisation
  • Funnel improvement recommendations
  • A/B testing support

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyse performance using:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards
  • Share insights, learnings, and optimisation plans with clients

Client & Agency Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously across different industries
  • Understand diverse business models and objectives
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients
  • Adhere to agency timelines, deliverables, and performance expectations
  • Proactively suggest growth opportunities and improvements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Strong understanding of 360° digital marketing
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Meta Ads
  • Google Ads
  • Working knowledge of:
  • SEO and content optimisation
  • E-commerce marketing exposure (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of funnels for:
  • E-commerce sales
  • Lead generation
  • Solid grasp of performance metrics:
  • ROAS, CPA, CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate
  • Experience with platforms:
  • Shopify / WooCommerce (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and optimisation skills

Good to Have

  • Email marketing and automation experience
  • WhatsApp marketing and remarketing flows
  • Experience handling international clients
  • Ability to scale campaigns across different industries
