Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
✔ Manage and optimize channel visibility on platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Google.
✔ Track analytics and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
✔ Collaborate with the content, graphics, and editorial teams to create platform-specific strategies.
✔ Run paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) for content promotion and viewer acquisition.
✔ Monitor digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to adjust strategy.
✔ Boost live coverage, special programming, and breaking news reach in real time.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in news/media/digital content industry.
• Expertise in SEO, social media strategy, Google Ads, YouTube optimization, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation, CTR, engagement, and conversion metrics.
• Good command of content writing and visual marketing principles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Digital Media, or Mass Communication.
