Digital Marketing Specialist

 Drive lead generation and conversion through a structured pipeline approach.

 Proficient in managing various social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook,

LinkedIn, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Telegram, and others.

 Utilize automated tools for cross-posting content across platforms efficiently.

 Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and conduct cold/warm calling to convert leads.

 Create ads efficiently to maximize reusability and minimize time spent on ad creation.

 Proactively search for new leads through targeted outreach methods beyond just posting ads.

 Perform additional tasks as assigned related to the digital lead generation process.

Requirements:

 Must be located in Nagpur.

 Willingness to work night shifts (Indian Standard Time: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, US Central

Time: 8 AM to 5 PM CST).

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on teamwork and results.

 Onsite position with no remote work option.

 Completed graduation with a commitment to a stable career path.

Pay: ₹15,605.31 - ₹20,615.63 per month
