Meta & Google Ads + SEO Expertise
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer who can efficiently run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads with strict CPC and CPL control. The ideal candidate should be able to consistently maintain low cost per lead while delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize Meta & Google ad campaigns.
Maintain CPC and CPL within tight budgets (₹10–₹15 per lead).
Run A/B tests, audience testing, and creative experiments.
Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Implement basic to intermediate SEO strategies for better organic visibility.
Prepare weekly performance reports.
Requirements
Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, and performance metrics.
Ability to generate low-cost leads consistently.
Practical knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword research).
Ability to manage budgets efficiently and scale campaigns.
Good analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
Bonus Skills
Knowledge of landing page optimization
Experience with CRM or lead tracking tools
Creative ad copywriting ability

Pay: ₹10,621.49 - ₹20,000.07 per month
