We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our company. Being a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns that promote a company’s brand, products, or services. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, email, social media, display, and content marketing)
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platforms.
- Create or coordinate content such as blog posts, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing creatives.
- Conduct market research and identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
- Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
