We are looking for an experienced Freelance Meta Ads Specialist who can plan, create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram. The role is performance-focused and works on a per-campaign or monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns aligned with business goals
- Create and manage ad campaigns, ad sets, and ads inside Meta Ads Manager
- Perform audience research and targeting (custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences)
- Write compelling ad copies and suggest creatives for better conversions
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, and audiences
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and events
- Analyze performance and share regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay updated with Meta advertising policies and best practices
Required Skills & Tools:
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking
- Understanding of funnels, lead generation, sales, and retargeting campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or ad creative tools is a plus
Experience:
- Proven experience running successful Meta ad campaigns
- Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, or service-based ads preferred
- Portfolio or case studies required
Compensation:
- Payment on a per campaign / monthly management basis
- Rates to be discussed based on scope and experience
