About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our agency team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for multiple clients across various industries. You’ll work closely with strategy, creative, and content teams to drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Develop and implement SEO, SEM, and performance marketing strategies
  • Manage social media marketing, including content planning, publishing, and paid promotions
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
  • Prepare performance reports and present actionable insights to internal teams and clients
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and content creators to ensure campaign alignment
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Search Console
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Understanding of email marketing platforms and automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
  • Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Knowledge of content marketing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (for analytics, content ideation, ad optimization)
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI and landing page optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
