Role Overview

We are seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid and organic platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about performance marketing, social media, and analytics, with strong technical and creative coordination skills to drive measurable growth and brand engagement.


Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.) to ensure efficient spend and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing page performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
  • Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting through tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio (Data Studio).
  • Develop and implement monthly content calendars aligned with campaign and brand objectives.
  • Oversee daily posting, community engagement, and moderation across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and TikTok.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and influencers to maintain a cohesive brand voice and visual identity.
  • Track social media performance and prepare analytics reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage translations coordination of website, ads and social media content.
  • Oversee the coordination of translations for website content, advertisements, and social media posts.
  • Stay informed on platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement.


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within finance, tech, or agency environments.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for tracking and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles, content marketing, and influencer collaborations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to testing, optimization, and performance improvement.
  • A portfolio is advantageous.
