Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to plan, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing
• Plan and execute social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and optimize performance
• Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
• Create, edit, and manage engaging content including blogs, posts, banners, videos, and email campaigns
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements based on data analysis
• Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to ensure campaign alignment
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
• Manage online reputation and respond to customer queries and comments professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,035.46 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
