Detailed Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across the following platforms: Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Vibe, others as arise.
- Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms such as: Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HighLevel
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles (Google My Business)
- Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) initiatives and performance
- Manage call tracking numbers and analyze call data
- Maintain and report on client marketing performance dashboards
- Manage additional marketing platforms as business needs evolve
- Lead periodic client meetings to review performance and discuss future strategy
- Support our social media team on: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
- Assist with reputation management initiatives
- Contribute to creative briefs for design and marketing campaigns
- Integrate lead flows with HighLevel CRM
Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of digital marketing experience in a similar role
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, and Video)
- Demonstrated history of SEO ranking success
- Experience measuring and analyzing detailed ROI across multiple marketing channels
- Advanced knowledge of analytics, reporting, and performance measurement
- Basic understanding of HTML and Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Additional Experience (Preferred | Higher Compensation Considered)
Candidates with the following experience may qualify for increased compensation and expanded responsibilities:
- Strong working knowledge of the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
- Experience developing, maintaining, or customizing backend systems that support marketing operations
- Proven ability to build and manage API integrations between marketing platforms and third-party tools (CRM systems, call tracking, analytics, email platforms, etc.)
- Experience automating marketing workflows, data synchronization, and reporting via custom scripts or applications
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods (OAuth, API keys)
- Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale integrations for performance and reliability
- Experience supporting or collaborating with marketing teams through custom development solutions
- Understanding of data structures and databases used in marketing and analytics environments
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
