Location: On-Site (Office-Based – No Remote Option)

Salary: PKR 70,000 – 100,000 (Based on experience & performance)

About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Expert to manage and scale our social media presence and paid advertising campaigns. This role is strictly on-site and ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts

- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta & TikTok Ads)

- Increase reach, engagement, leads, and conversions

- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data analysis

- Research trends and implement winning social media strategies

- Coordinate with the internal team for content and campaign execution

Requirements

- Proven experience in Digital Marketing & Paid Social Advertising

- Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads

- Strong understanding of social media algorithms

- Ability to deliver measurable marketing results

- Creative thinker with analytical skills

- Must be available to work on-site from 8 PM to 3 AM
