We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for SEO, SEM, Website Analytics, and Lead Generation to drive qualified traffic and maximize conversions for our IT Managed Service Provider business.

The ideal candidate has experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Excel, and can perform data analysis. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to optimize digital marketing performance.

Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Paid Advertising

  • Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Microsoft Ads campaigns for organization.
  • Optimize PPC campaigns to maximize conversions and minimize cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Develop retargeting strategies to engage potential renters who have visited our sites.
  • Implement A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and copy.

Website Analytics & Data Analysis

  • Track and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and marketing performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Develop custom dashboards and reports to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Identify trends and insights to drive marketing decisions and improve ROI.
  • Support marketing automation and CRM integration to improve lead tracking.

Lead Generation & Performance Optimization

  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive IT inquiries.
  • Monitor lead quality and conversion rates from various channels.
  • Work with leasing teams to ensure seamless follow-up processes.
  • Research and recommend new marketing tools and technologies.
  • Produce email marketing campaigns using GlassHive.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, and structure for improved search rankings.
  • Work with developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Monitor and improve website user experience (UX) and conversion rates.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Must-Have:

  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in Information Technology, or similar industry or experience.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital advertising.
  • Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, GlassHive, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice-to-Have:

+ Experience with Google Looker Studio for reporting.
+ Familiarity with marketing automation tools & CRM systems.
+ Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for website tracking along with basic use of Wordpress.
+ Previous experience working in a technology industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
