Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
• Execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve organic and paid traffic
• Manage social media content, posting schedules, and audience engagement
• Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and ad dashboards
• Optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS)
• Coordinate with design and content teams for creatives and copy
• Manage email marketing and CRM campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of digital marketing experience
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and analytics
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Salary Range: 50K - 120K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
