About Us

We operate a professional De-addiction & Rehabilitation Centre along with a premium Resort. Alongside promoting our own brands, we are expanding into offering digital marketing services to external clients across healthcare, hospitality, and service industries.

We are looking for a creative, result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who can handle both in-house branding and client marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute & manage digital marketing campaigns for:
• De-addiction Centre
• Resort
• External client brands
• Manage Social Media Marketing (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business)
• Create and optimize Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Handle SEO & Local SEO (Google Maps ranking)
• Content planning: posts, reels, captions, hashtags, creatives (coordination with designers)
• Track performance, generate monthly reports & KPIs
• Lead generation campaigns & conversion optimization
• Coordinate with management for marketing strategies
• Build and scale client marketing services

Required Skills

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong knowledge of:
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• SEO & Analytics
• Experience with Canva / basic creative tools
• Ability to manage multiple brands & clients
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Result-driven mindset

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Wellness, Hospitality or Resort marketing
• Knowledge of video marketing & reels
• Familiarity with CRM / lead management
• Certification in Google / Meta Ads (added advantage)

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
