Job Overview

A Digital Marketing professional is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop digital marketing plans aligned with business goals.
  • Research target audiences and market trends.
  • Identify the best digital channels to achieve objectives.

2. Campaign Management

  • Create and manage campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • Monitor performance and optimize for better ROI.

3. SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Perform keyword research.
  • Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • 4. Content Marketing
  • Create content calendars.

5. Social Media Management

  • Manage social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Plan and publish posts, reels, ads.
  • Track performance and community engagement.

6. Email Marketing

  • Build and manage email lists.
  • Design email campaigns and automation.
  • Track open rates, click rates, and conversions.

7. Analytics & Reporting

  • Measure campaign performance (traffic, clicks, conversions, ROI).
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Use data to refine strategies.

8. Paid Advertising (PPC)

  • Launch and manage paid ads (SEM, social ads).
  • Budget allocation and bid management.
  • A/B testing of ad creatives.

9. Collaboration

  • Work with sales, design, and content teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed.
