Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic **Digital Marketing Specialist** with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to manage and execute our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be proficient in SEO, have strong knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), AI-driven video creation, social media marketing, and paid advertising across Google, YouTube, and social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and lead generation for Suitch On products.

- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve organic rankings for keywords related to home automation, gate automation, smart switches, etc.

- Optimize content and campaigns for **Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)** – ensuring high visibility on Google featured snippets, voice search, and AI-powered search results.

- Create engaging short-form and long-form videos using **AI video creation tools** (e.g., Runway, Synthesia, Pictory, InVideo, etc.) for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.

- Manage and grow organic presence on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other social media platforms.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights.

- Collaborate with the content and design team to create high-converting landing pages, ad creatives, and marketing collateral.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

- Strong hands-on experience in SEO (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building, technical SEO).

- Solid understanding and practical experience in AEO (Answer Engine Optimization).

- Proficiency in AI video creation tools and experience producing marketing videos.

- Expertise in social media marketing (organic + paid).

- Demonstrated experience running successful campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and social media advertising platforms.

- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

- Strong communication and creative thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduation in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO is a plus.

- Prior experience in the home automation, electronics, or smart home industry is an advantage.
