Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead, execute, and continuously improve all digital marketing efforts across our company.
This is a professional-level role requiring 5–10 years of digital marketing experience. It is not an entry-level position and does not require significant daily oversight. The ideal candidate is self-directed, strategic, and capable of owning the marketing function as the company grows.
This role requires working both in the office and in the field, collaborating directly with teams to gather real-world content and turn it into effective marketing.
Role Expectations (Important)
The Digital Marketing Specialist must either:
- Have hands-on experience performing the responsibilities listed below, or
- Be able to quickly learn, pick up, and master the required skills, or
- Be able to effectively manage and hold accountable vendors, freelancers, or agencies to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and to performance standards
Regardless of execution method, this role owns results and outcomes.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy, Execution & Management
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, roofing, and mitigation services
- Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns including:
- Google Ads
- Facebook & Instagram
- Local Services Ads (LSAs)
- Structure campaigns to drive qualified leads, booked jobs, and revenue
Field & Office Collaboration (Content Creation)
- Work on-site in the office and in the field to capture photos, videos, and digital assets
- Collaborate with all divisions, employees, and managers (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, roofing, and mitigation)
- Coordinate jobsite visits, team features, project highlights, and behind-the-scenes content
- Translate real-world operations into authentic marketing content for campaigns, ads, social media, and branding
Organic Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Execute, learn, or manage organic marketing initiatives including:
- Website optimization, landing pages, and SEO
- Local listings, map optimization, and reputation management
- Social media strategy, posting, and engagement
- Video, graphic, and content creation
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels and customer touchpoints
Funnel Performance, Analytics & ROI Ownership
- Own and manage performance across all marketing funnels and channels
- Track, analyze, and report on:
- Cost per lead
- Conversion rates
- Funnel performance by service line
- Channel-level ROI
- Revenue attribution
- Maintain dashboards and tracking systems
- Present performance reports to management and ownership
- Use data to optimize spend, creative, and messaging for higher ROI
Vendor, Freelancer & Agency Management
- Identify when outsourcing is appropriate to improve quality or speed
- Manage vendors, freelancers, and agencies as needed
- Set expectations, manage timelines, and hold partners accountable for execution and results
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with operations, sales, division managers, and ownership
- Align marketing initiatives with operational capacity and growth goals
- Coordinate promotions, messaging, and campaign timing across teams
Innovation, Vision & Growth
- Create and propose new marketing ideas, strategies, and campaigns
- Bring creativity and vision to how we engage and convert potential customers
- Evolve marketing systems and execution as the company grows
- Take increasing ownership of the overall marketing function
Systems, Ownership & Accountability
- Manage and optimize marketing systems including:
- CRM platforms
- Email and SMS automation
- Analytics, call tracking, and reporting tools
- Own initiatives end-to-end, from planning through execution
- Identify problems, propose solutions, and follow through without daily oversight
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 5 years of professional digital marketing experience
- Experience working with U.S.-based markets
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, funnels, and service lines
- Demonstrated experience in:
- SEO
- PPC / Paid Media
- Social Media Marketing
- Email Marketing
- Content Creation
- Strong analytical, reporting, and ROI-focused decision-making skills
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms
- Strong organization, ownership, and follow-through skills
- Comfortable working both in the office and in the field
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
