Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

DD Properties is hiring a full-stack Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in Real Estate Lead Generation using Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, specifically for the Thane / KDMC market.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end digital marketing, including Meta Ads, lead generation, social media management, graphics, reels, and content execution.

Responsibilities

Meta Ads & Lead Generation (Primary)

Run Facebook & Instagram lead generation ads for real estate projects

Generate high-intent leads (site visit & booking focused)

Local targeting for Thane / KDMC micro-markets

Campaign optimization to reduce CPL & improve lead quality

Retargeting warm audiences & previous leads

Weekly & monthly performance reports

Creatives, Reels & Graphics

Design ad creatives, posts & stories (Canva or similar tools)

Create Instagram Reels for property promotion

Edit short-form videos for ads & organic growth

Test different creatives for better ad performance

Social Media Management (SMM)

Manage Instagram & Facebook pages for DD Properties

Content planning & posting (posts, reels, stories)

Maintain brand consistency & local appeal

Basic engagement handling (comments, DMs coordination)

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filter)

Proven experience in Real Estate Meta Ads & Lead Generation

Must have run campaigns in Thane or KDMC market

Minimum 6 months – 3 years experience in real estate digital marketing

Experience with graphics, reels & content creation

Understanding of:

Local buyer behavior

Site visit focused funnels

Lead quality optimization
