Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and lead generation, with the ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), including budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and optimization
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions
• Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and lead generation
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad dashboards
• Coordinate with design, content, and admissions/sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Manage email marketing campaigns, CRM integrations, and lead nurturing workflows
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media platforms
• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing
• Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
• Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Immediate availability to join

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in education, training, or service-based industries
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
