We are a recently started small growing digital marketing agency supporting eCommerce brands, local businesses, and B2B clients globally. Our focus is on delivering high-impact digital marketing strategies that drive sales, conversions, and qualified leads.

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and work directly with the founder across multiple client projects.

Role Overview

The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist will support end-to-end digital marketing activities including paid advertising, SEO, content creation, social media marketing, analytics, reporting, and email marketing automation. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and comfortable working on diverse tasks within a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

# Paid Marketing Campaigns

· Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.

· Monitor daily performance, budget pacing, ROAS, and conversion tracking.

· Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor research for campaigns.

# SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

· Perform on-page SEO tasks: metadata updates, keyword mapping, content optimization as well as off-page SEO: backlinks, directory submissions, guest posting coordination.

· Plus, to have Search Everywhere Optimisation experience.

· Conduct competitor and keyword analysis using available tools.

· Work independently to improve organic rankings and blog content.

# Content & Creative Creation

· Create high-quality social media creatives, ad banners, reels, and short-form videos using Canva and AI tools.

· Write SEO-friendly blogs, product descriptions, landing page content, and email content.

· Work on storytelling and brand-based creatives for eCommerce and local businesses.

# Email Marketing & Automation

· Build and manage campaigns through Email Marketing platforms like Brevo or Mailchimp.

· Create workflows, automation sequences, subscriber lists, and segmentation.

# Analytics & Reporting

· Track performance using GA4, Search Console, Ads Manager, and CRM tools.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

· Assist in A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.

# Lead Generation & B2B Support

· Execute targeted campaigns for B2B lead generation through paid campaigns including ads as well as organic campaigns, email sequences, and content funnels.

· Conduct market and competitor research to support client strategy development.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media marketing.
  • Good understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, and digital KPIs.
  • Creative abilities using Canva and AI-based tools (ChatGPT, Gemini etc).
  • Strong writing skills — ability to write clear, concise, and engaging content.
  • Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and work independently.
  • Basic video editing knowledge (reels, short videos) is an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or equivalent field.
  • Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or SEO is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
