- Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (search, social, display, video, email)
- Manage day-to-day campaign setup, pacing, optimization, and QA across platforms
- Own paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.): keyword research, bidding, audiences, creatives
- Drive SEO: on-page optimization, technical audits, link-building coordination, content briefs
- Build and optimize email/marketing automation flows, segmentation, and deliverability
- Create, brief, and coordinate digital content (ad copy, landing pages, social posts)
- Perform A/B and multivariate tests on ads, creatives, and landing pages; implement learnings
- Track and report KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, funnel metrics) with dashboards
- Analyze user behavior (GA4, Looker/BI, heatmaps)
