Job Summary:

Offisync is seeking a creative and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in digital advertising, content creation, and analytics — with a strong ability to communicate in both English and Kannada.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Email).
• Create engaging posters, videos, and social media content to promote brand awareness.
• Manage SEO and website optimization to improve organic visibility and traffic.
• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to achieve lead generation goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, preparing monthly performance reports.
• Handle marketing administration tasks, data entry, and campaign documentation.
• Support brand consistency and content scheduling across all platforms.
• Collaborate with internal teams for creative ideas and marketing initiatives.

Required Skills:

• Administration & coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic to intermediate video editing and poster designing skills
• Knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, and email/WhatsApp advertising
• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada
• Creativity, attention to detail, and time management

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or related field

Compensation:

• Probation (3 months): ₹6,000 per month
• Post Probation: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on performance)
