Role Purpose
The KeyServ Digital Marketing Specialist develops and implements our online campaigns to promote landscape services and capture qualified leads, creates campaign content, manages social media for multiple companies/branches, and analyzes and reports on critical data. Key responsibilities include executing strategies across various channels like search engines and email, optimizing digital advertising and social media campaigns for better results, and collaborating with other team members and consultants in planning and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Strategy and implementation: Ideate, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as CRM email and text, social media, and the company and branch websites. Manage marketing calendars for all operating markets. Support management of relevant consultant relationships including SAAS and other service providers. (15%)
- Campaign management: Manage SEM and optimize organic (SEO) and paid (PPC) digital advertising campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, quality leads and ROI. Channels include company websites, business profiles, CRM, Google LSAs and Ads, Meta ads and other social media platforms. (50%)
- Content creation: Expand and optimize the existing written and visual content library to support marketing initiatives such as websites, upsell campaigns, social media, newsletter and blog posts, service cut sheets, direct mail, estimate templates and guidance documentation. (20%)
- Data analysis and reporting: Monitor and analyze digital traffic and campaign performance to improve content and campaign effectiveness. Coordinate with the Data Manager to ensure accurate data transfer to the warehouse and improve visualizations for management and stakeholders. (10%)
- Market research: Conduct market research to understand competitor pricing, products and activities, and identify new digital marketing trends to inform the overall strategy. (5%)
Essential skills
- Mastery of search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM/PPC)
- Advanced understanding of online advertising platforms; at minimum for Google channels including data analysis, A/B testing, strategic planning, and problem-solving
- Proven track record managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media strategy and management
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation and reporting
- Experience in content marketing and creation
- Experience using AI to assist in marketing efforts
- Effective communication and collaboration
- Adaptability and continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends
Educational background
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 2-5 years relevant experience is crucial, even without a specific degree
- Continuing education through specialized courses or advanced degrees

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
