Job Description
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital campaigns, improving brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting business growth through effective digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and rankings
- Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.
- Generate leads and improve conversion rates through landing pages and funnels
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams
- Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM integrations (if applicable)
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content marketing
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, Hootsuite, etc.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation
- Knowledge of WordPress or website CMS
- Video marketing or basic graphic design skills
- CRM or marketing automation experience
