Salary review twice per year, based on performance and growth. Work Environment 5. Close collaboration with an in-house web development team. 6. Dedicated graphic designer provided for ad creatives and visual assets. 7. Continuous grooming in Scandinavian marketing mindset and standards. 8. Focus on data, structure, and sustainable performance. Tasks 9. Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads (primary focus) and Meta Ads campaigns. 10. Own campaign performance from strategy to optimization. 11. Analyze results and continuously improve ROAS and lead quality. 12. Run structured A/B tests and implement data-driven learnings. 13. Track, analyze, and report KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. 14. Conduct keyword research and refine paid search strategies. 15. Support SEO initiatives (on-page optimization, keyword strategy, reporting). Required Skills & Experience 16. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads. 17. Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset. 18. Proven experience with conversion tracking, GA, and optimization. 19. Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page, keywords, link building, reporting). 20. Experience with A/B testing and performance marketing tools. 21. Actively follows digital marketing trends and platform updates. Personal Attributes (Essential) 22. Serious, committed, and reliable professional. 23.
