Digital Marketing Specialist

We are immediately looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist who can handle complete digital marketing from scratch to results. This role requires hands-on expertise in website design, complete SEO (on-page, off-page, technical, content), Google rankings, and social media marketing, including organic growth and paid advertising.

This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone who understands strategy, execution, tracking, and optimization.

Website Design & Management

• Design and develop high-converting websites (WordPress, Wix, Shopify, or custom platforms)
• Create SEO-friendly website structures
• Optimize website speed, UX, and mobile responsiveness
• Handle website updates, maintenance, and performance optimization

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) – End to End

• Perform complete SEO from scratch
• Keyword research (local, national, and niche-based)
• On-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal linking, content optimization)
• Technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema, Core Web Vitals, crawl errors)
• Off-page SEO (link building, citations, authority building)
• Content SEO (blogs, service pages, location pages)
• Track rankings and aim to rank keywords on the first page of Google
• Use tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.

Social Media Marketing & Management

• Manage business social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging reels, posts, carousels, and stories
• Content planning, posting, and scheduling
• Community engagement (comments, messages, growth strategies)
• Analyze performance and improve reach and engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, content)
• Website design experience (WordPress/Wix/Shopify preferred)
• Strong understanding of Google ranking factors
• Experience with social media growth and content creation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
