Job Overview
Schlindwein Associates, LLC (SALLC), a growing independent registered investment advisor (RIA), is seeking a creative, content-savvy, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and wants real ownership over our digital growth. This role is ideal for a self-starter who enjoys testing ideas, measuring results, and continuously improving how the firm attracts and engages clients, shaping how our brand shows up online and turning digital efforts into measurable growth.

  • Build an Authentic Organic Social Presence: Develop and execute the firm’s organic social media strategy across social media and other platforms. Plan and publish thoughtful, value-driven content that builds credibility, drives engagement, and reinforces a consistent brand voice.
  • Create Compelling, On-Brand Content: Write persuasive ad copy and social posts, and design high-quality digital assets—including graphics, short-form videos, infographics, and thought leadership snippets—using tools like Canva.
  • Measure What Matters: Track engagement, campaign performance, and ROI. Translate data into clear insights and recommendations that inform strategy and support firm growth.
  • Own the Content Engine: Manage content calendars and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Proactively identify new trends, tools, and opportunities in SEM, PPC, and social media to continuously improve performance and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Operate Within Regulatory Guardrails: Ensure all marketing and advertising initiatives comply with SEC and FINRA guidelines for financial services marketing.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Experience working in regulated industries (RIA, wealth management, or financial services a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Comfortable owning projects from idea to execution.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple digital projects simultaneously.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
