Who Should Apply?

• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Digital Marketing who are eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a fast-paced IT services environment.
• Someone who can manage social media accounts along with planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and grow company social media accounts across platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice
• Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve website traffic, search rankings, and lead generation
• Plan and manage monthly social media calendars and ensure regular content posting and engagement
• Run email marketing campaigns, automation, and retargeting activities
• Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports
• Monitor and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPL, conversions, engagement, and reach
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing)
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Ads Manager
• Strong communication skills and creative thinking
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and grow in the IT & Cloud services domain
