Hiring: Digital Marketing Strategist Performance & Growth Focus

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist who can plan, lead, and execute data-driven marketing strategies that deliver definite business results including website traffic, online sales/leads, and store footfall.

This role requires strong strategic thinking + hands-on execution + team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ROI-driven digital marketing strategies
• Lead and manage social-media managers, content creators & ad teams
• Plan monthly and quarterly growth campaigns
• Increase website visits, enquiries, conversions, and store walk-ins
• Build marketing funnels across social media, search, retargeting & email
• Create and manage Meta & Google ad campaigns
• Track performance dashboards & analytics
• Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization.
• Plan influencer & content partnerships
• Prepare weekly and monthly growth reports

Must-Have Skills

• 4–8+ years in digital/performance marketing
• Proven track record of delivering measurable growth
• Strong experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Deep understanding of conversion funnels & analytics
• Ability to lead & guide content teams
• Strong communication & leadership

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
