Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing initiatives. The role focuses on building brand awareness, generating leads, and driving customer engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (content planning, posting, engagement).
- Run and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Coordinate content creation including post designs, reels, videos, and captions.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
- Work on SEO basics, website content, and local SEO (Google My Business).
- Generate leads and track conversions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with sales and design teams for promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with certifications can apply).
- Knowledge of social media marketing, paid ads, and content strategy.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and email marketing.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in food, café, hospitality, or FMCG brands.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and improve ROI.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
