StagePost is currently in an exciting growth phase, and to meet the increasing market demands, we are expanding our team by adding a Digital Marketing Specialist. The pay begins at an average of $60,000 per year, plus performance bonuses that can reach and exceed $85,000. To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in various digital marketing specialties, including SEO, paid digital advertising, social media content creation, email marketing, and website content.   • New Business Development
  • Google Ads Management
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Google Search Console
  • YouTube Management and Advertising
  • Newsletter & Email Marketing
  • CRM
  • Marketing Research
  • Assist with Video Production and Editing
  • SEO - Keyword Research, Metadata, and Alt-Text.
  • Social Media Content Creation and Management
  • LinkedIn Management
  • Blogging

Requirements:

  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Must be a local Nashville resident
  • Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field
  • Minimum three years of experience in Digital Marketing
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketer with references
  • In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Experience in managing and measuring digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, lead generation, and SEO
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Ads, Social Media Platforms, and WordPress knowledge
  • Passion for staying up to date and continuously learning about the latest trends and best practices
