Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, generate leads, and boost sales across digital channels. This role oversees digital campaigns, content, performance analytics, and online presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Plan monthly and annual digital marketing calendars and budgets
  • Identify target audiences and optimize campaigns accordingly

Digital Channels Management

  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, social ads)
  • Manage website content, landing pages, and conversion optimization
  • Coordinate email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

Content & Branding

  • Work with designers and content creators to produce engaging content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
  • Plan promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches

Performance & Analytics

  • Track, analyze, and report digital campaign performance using analytics tools
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, ROI, and engagement
  • Optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights

SEO & Online Visibility

  • Improve website SEO and search rankings
  • Manage online listings, Google Business Profile, and reviews
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and algorithm changes

Team & Coordination

  • Coordinate with sales, operations, and customer service teams
  • Manage external agencies, freelancers, and influencers when required

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid ads
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Creative thinking with strong analytical ability

Preferred (Optional)

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or FMCG
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and marketing automation
  • Experience in UAE/GCC digital markets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
