Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site and enhance our overall marketing strategy and execution. This in-person role is ideal for someone who excels at developing impactful campaign concepts, analyzing performance metrics, and creating visually compelling email content. In addition to driving email marketing efforts, this position will be responsible for maintaining and updating website content to ensure accuracy, engagement, and consistency across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, combining strong creative skills with meticulous attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative, in-office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop email marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue
- Plan content calendars, promotional themes, and campaign concepts aligned with business goals
- Design and build email campaigns and eblasts using strong graphic design skills.
- Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and high-quality visual presentation across all email communications
- Track, measure, and analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue, etc.)
- Provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Update, maintain, and optimize website content
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product listings, promotional updates, and customer-facing information
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns
- Expertise with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), including list management, automation workflows, segmentation, and performance tracking
- Strong graphic design abilities with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to produce polished, on-brand creative assets
- Experience managing and updating websites using content management systems (CMS), with an understanding of usability, SEO, and maintaining accurate content
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Understanding of brand identity, visual hierarchy, and user experience best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all visual and written content, from layouts to promotions and web updates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft clear messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
