Talent 360 is hiring Digital Marketing Specialist for El Bassiouni & Co.

About Our Client

Elbassiouni & Co. is the only official agent for the German company Kärcher for cleaning systems and equipment (professional and home & garden) in Egypt for more than 37 years.

Kärcher is a German family-owned company whose ambition is to constantly invent hi-tech solutions to simplify cleaning tasks and irrigation for consumers and professionals alike.

Job Requirements

• Manage Amazon Vendor Central, including product listings, purchase orders, pricing, promotions, and performance reports.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally via phone and WhatsApp, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Manage the company’s Facebook page, follow up on orders, and coordinate order distribution with authorized distributors.
• Oversee website orders on Magento and coordinate with the web developer to ensure smooth website operations.
• Support and execute additional marketing activities as required by the business.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with training courses in digital marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Marketing or E-Commerce Coordinator role or a similar position.
• Strong experience in social media platforms and solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent command of the English language.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across teams.

• Location: Dokki, Cairo
• Working Days: Sunday – Thursday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
