Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing tools & assets across channels including social media, email, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
  • Perform conversion optimization by analyzing user behavior data and implementing strategies to increase lead generation and sales.
  • Maintain content management systems like CMS platforms to ensure website content is current and optimized for SEO.
  • Design visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design tools to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing efforts, e-commerce projects, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing technology, algorithms, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and social media management platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) for content creation and graphic design.
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored for different audiences.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field is preferred but not required. This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to advance their careers in digital marketing while contributing innovative ideas that help grow our brand presence online.
