We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing professional with strong hands-on experience in branding and proven expertise in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and capable of building brand visibility while driving measurable performance through paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies focused on brand growth and lead generation
- Manage end-to-end branding activities across digital platforms
- Create, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for traffic, leads, and conversions
- Monitor ad performance, analyze metrics, and improve ROI
- Work closely with the design and content teams for campaign creatives
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and platform changes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and branding
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, optimization)
- Good understanding of audience targeting, creatives, and A/B testing
- Knowledge of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling multiple ad campaigns simultaneously
- Knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage
- Experience in a software company or agency environment
