We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with 5–6 years of hands-on expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be strong in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, analytics, lead generation, and website optimization, with the ability to work independently and guide junior team members.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Manage lead generation, conversion tracking, and ROI optimization
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Optimize campaigns for B2B, international, and region-based targeting
SEO & Website Optimization
- Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Optimize website structure, landing pages, content, and internal linking
- Coordinate with developers for page speed, schema, indexing, and technical fixes
- Monitor rankings, traffic, and SEO performance
Content & Campaign Management
- Work closely with content and design teams to create high-converting landing pages, banners, and ad copies
- Manage email marketing, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Analytics & Reporting
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate
Tools & Technology
- Set up and manage tracking pixels, events, and conversion APIs
- Experience with CRM integration and lead tracking
- Use marketing automation and email tools where required
Team & Stakeholder Coordination
- Guide and mentor junior executives / SEO & social media team members
- Coordinate with sales, product, and IT teams for campaign execution
- Work with external vendors and agencies if required
Required Skills & Expertise
- 5–6 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)
- Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console
- Experience in B2B lead generation and international campaigns
- Knowledge of landing page CRO and UX best practices
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of compliance-driven marketing environments
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and App Marketing
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
