We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven **Marketing Executive** to join our team. The primary focus of this role is generating high-quality leads for our ELV solutions through a blend of digital marketing strategies and proactive cold calling. Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential clients in the hospitality, commercial, and government sectors through targeted digital campaigns and outbound cold calling efforts.

- **Digital Marketing**: Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), email marketing, and content creation to attract and nurture leads for ELV, IT, and hospitality solutions.

- **Cold Calling & Outreach**: Conduct high-volume cold calls to prospects, build rapport, and schedule meetings or demos to showcase Smart Link's innovative offerings.

- **Market Research**: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and target markets in the UAE and GCC to refine lead generation tactics and identify new opportunities.

- **Campaign Management**: Track and optimize marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms to maximize ROI and lead conversion rates.

- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales, technical, and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and ensure seamless lead handoff.

- **Reporting**: Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., lead volume, conversion rates, campaign effectiveness) and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in lead generation, digital marketing, and cold calling—preferably in the tech, ELV, or B2B services sector.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently over the phone and in writing.

- Results-oriented mindset with a hunter mentality for lead acquisition.

- Familiarity with the UAE/GCC market, especially in hospitality, commercial, or government sectors, is a plus.

- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
