Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, with a performance mindset and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Run and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)
• Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page & basic technical SEO)
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis & market research
• Track and analyze KPIs like CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS & organic rankings
• Optimize landing pages and funnels for higher conversions
• Coordinate with design & content teams for ads and SEO content
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing and platform trends

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads & SEO
• Proven track record with measurable results or case studies
• Solid understanding of performance marketing and analytics
• Experience with lead generation & conversion-focused campaigns
• Strong analytical, communication & problem-solving skills

Bonus / Plus Points

• Experience in IT or service-based companies
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console & tracking tools
• Understanding of CRO & landing page optimization
