Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and conversion optimization to drive brand awareness, leads, and revenue growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Plan and manage full-funnel campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion)

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Optimize on-page, off-page, and technical SEO elements
  • Monitor search rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance

Content & Social Media Marketing

  • Plan and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, and social media platforms
  • Create content calendars and oversee publishing schedules
  • Collaborate with designers and content writers to develop engaging content

Email & Marketing Automation

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and workflows
  • Segment audiences and personalize messaging
  • Analyze email performance metrics and optimize campaigns

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

  • Set up and manage tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and ad pixels
  • Analyze campaign and website performance data
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

  • Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversions
  • Identify drop-off points and implement data-driven improvements

Budget & Vendor Management

  • Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required

Market Research & Trends

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,813.42 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
