Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing, Web & Design Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a strong mix of technical, creative, and marketing skills, with hands-on experience in delivering effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive and user-friendly websites
• Implement and manage SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, to improve search rankings and organic traffic
• Create high-quality graphic designs for websites, social media, marketing campaigns, and branding materials
• Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
• Analyse website and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console, and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in web design and development (HTML, CSS, CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar)
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, link building, and performance tracking
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including paid and organic campaigns
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and conversion optimisation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with social media management and content creation
• Knowledge of SEM, PPC advertising, and remarketing strategies
• Basic understanding of video editing or motion graphics
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools
