ASUS is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is eager to contribute to our grown Organisation. This is an opportunity for you to work within an international and multicultural environment gaining the sectoral experience and networks for all marketing activities. Your core responsibilitiy will be supporting to the department for the marketing related aspects, reporting to the Marketing Director of OP BG.


Your primary responsibilities will encompass:


• Taking ownership of the comprehensive planning and execution of digital campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and local DSPs.

• Collaborating with local media agencies to ensure effective execution, optimization, and performance evaluation.

• Proposing and managing digital budgets to ensure effective spending and campaign return on investment (ROI).

• Leading performance assessments and cross-platform reporting; analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, VTR, conversion rates, etc., and optimizing proactively.

• Managing the launch of marketing campaigns, coordinating with regional product and content teams to ensure timely market entry.

• Driving the implementation of new digital initiatives, including data-driven targeting, remarketing strategies, and integration of first-party data.

• Aligning with global marketing strategies while customizing local tactics to enhance market competitiveness.

• Reviewing and verifying agency invoice submissions and ensuring proper documentation of proof of execution.


About the team:


You will be in an international environment / team and need advance level of English and wil be resposnsible fro Social Media, Digital Marketing and PR.


ASUS OP MKT team consists of 5 members, covering all marketing activities for all Open Platform Business Group product lines in Turkiye. The team is redwarded as a one of the best marketing teams in the region, aims toward perfection in every executed project, ultimate target is the maintain brand postion and market share.


Qualifications and Background:


• At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in technology, consumer electronics, or performance-oriented sectors.

• Demonstrated success in managing media agencies and enhancing campaign results through collaborative efforts across various functions.

• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising platforms, and e-commerce media.

• Strong understanding of digital media metrics and attribution models; proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (such as Data Studio and Power BI).

• Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are strongly preferred.

• Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• A strategic thinker with robust project management and presentation capabilities.

• Ability to swiftly adapt in a dynamic, international work setting. Nice to Have (not mandatory but highly valued)

• Experience in managing CRM/CDP systems or utilizing first-party data to improve ad targeting and personalize campaigns.

• Knowledge of eRetail media platforms and experience in executing performance campaigns through major online retailers.

• Experience working with regional or headquarters teams in a matrix organization, showcasing success in cross-border collaboration and execution.
