Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Location: Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing strategies
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Manage and optimize SEO (on-page, off-page, keyword research)
- Oversee social media strategy, content calendars, and brand communication
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and sales teams
- Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices
- Generate monthly performance reports and insights for management
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, and performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics
- Knowledge of email marketing and automation tools is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Creative thinking with a strategic mindset
Qualifications:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Digital Marketing certification preferred
- Proven experience managing successful digital campaigns
