Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content, managing social media accounts, and running effective paid marketing campaigns. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical skills to drive online presence and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to meet client goals.
• Create compelling and creative content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms.
• Manage and optimize social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase engagement and followers.
• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize and improve ROI.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with SEO and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certification in digital marketing or related areas.
• Experience with email marketing and CRM tools.
