You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our online presence is robust and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
• Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and high-quality digital content that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage and optimize the company’s website to ensure it is user-friendly, SEO-optimized, and aligned with branding guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and explore new tools and platforms to enhance our digital presence.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and vendors, to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
• Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Experience with content marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting

Tools & Technologies

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other web analytics tools
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp
• Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush or Moz
• Knowledge of content management systems, such as WordPress
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
